Exchange Rules
Eligibility for Exchange
Products are eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for the exchange process.
Conditions for Exchange
Exchange is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Products must be in original condition (tags intact, packaging undamaged).
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Eligible Items
Personal care items, hygiene products, or products that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons.
Custom or personalized products are non-exchangeable.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service through email or phone with your order details and issue description.
Once the request is verified, you will be provided with a return label.
Return the product to our designated address; once received, a replacement will be processed.
Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, HandyBuddy will cover the return shipping costs.
If the exchange is for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Option
In certain cases, an exchange may be substituted with a refund if the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
Processing Time
Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Final Decision
HandyBuddy reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request based on the condition of the returned product.
